A biological or medical product is a pharmaceutical drug when it is semi synthesized from biological sources. The therapeutic drugs in the market are bioformulations, such as antibodies, nucleic acid products and vaccines. Such bioformulations are created after understanding basic cause of the disease , the molecular mechanisms related bio molecules, production, purification and polishing of the drug, estimating the product shelf-life, noxiousness ,drug delivery systems, patenting,and clinical trials.
